The Teen Perspective
Weekly classes working with today’s teenagers facing challenges that result in poor mental health, depression, and anxiety. Through dialogue, play, movement, and meditation exercises teen’s will be encouraged to develop their natural intuitive abilities to navigate a fuller interaction with their environment, deal with stress, physical health, conflict, body images, personal safety, and identity.
