Mind, Meditation & Movement
Weekly classes using meditation as a way of understanding the nature of mind and how thoughts affect behavior, health, and overall well being. The fundamental and basic desire to be happy is what drives us to act and construct things around us. Through a series of meditation practices, the nature of mind will be explored as we examine and work with the tendency to create out of fear and anxiety. Through specialized movements we will address the perceived division between mind and body and how this affects how we interact with each other, and how we deal with and recover from illness.
